Terrible service!! From my own experience I tried to communicate to the family status registration area for more than 1 hour and they never answered me, it always sounded busy ... So I tried to raise a report communicating in this way to the comptroller and I happened EXACTLY THE SAME. I do not understand why they put a line of contact if they are not going to take the trouble to answer the phone ... And not good if the comptroller does not attend to you because or how to demand or complain about a specific area ... That they have so many staff if of the twenty thousand people who are there, nobody answers ... And the most curious thing is, one shows up physically and nobody is busy. Everyone sitting in their chairs, many doing nothing ... What a dilemma 😅😅😅
