Of the worst experiences. I just had a month with my new agency car when it failed near this agency, the car got locked in 3rd, so I asked her to tow. The attention was not bad. They told me that the car would stay a couple of days, after which they invented a story that I had sabotaged the gearbox and had broken it, so they charged me quite well. Without being able to argue otherwise I paid and it was not a week when my car failed again in the same way. On this occasion I took him to the agency where I bought him (Americas Motors Tlalpan) and after a diagnosis of no more than 30 minutes they told me that he had a factory defect in the clutch and would change it as part of the gargantia. The car never presented that fault again and others told me that the cover of the gearbox had nothing and was the original factory.
