Hyatt House Mexico City/Santa Fe

Overall great experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. Although we didn't get breakfast one day because it was a holiday and noone told us they would stop serving an hour early, which was really frustrating. But we visited at a very busy time for them (local music festival) and the staff were dealing with a lot. Outdoor patio and pool are amazing.

Great location if you have work in the area. Good gym, nice rooms, friendly staff, and yummy breakfast. My only pet peeve is there are not enough toiletries and no water bottles.

Excellent service, clean, good breakfast buffet selection. Also, nice bar and mini-market available 24/7. Only recommendation to housekeeping: make sure that there are towels in the room. We didn't have one towel on our second day. Also, might consider changing coffee... Otherwise, great place to stay in Santa Fe.
