To spend with an executive you have to wait hours to be attended!

Terrible service the worst bank of all, hours in line take hours with a single person to solve nothing at the end, they make you go for several days and train for hours so that they do not give any kind of resolution in a simple procedure.

In this branch the executives give preference to attention to friends and family without respecting the shifts. The last straw is that even when they are taking care of someone, they leave it aside to meet known people who have just entered the bank. Today, between eleven and twelve o'clock in the morning, an executive attended to two acquaintances who did not have a shift, leaving the people he was attending waiting, in that same period two other executives did the same. We made another one of them see what was happening and his response was to approach a user who had just entered and attended to it, so that it would be clear that they do what they want.

Rude and inattentive staff. The one who seems to be in charge of the door also serves as an executive and since he has both functions, he does it in a very bad way and even when he wants, not when the client requires it.
