Bad service 👎 They have 3 windows and only in function 2, and one is only for "express", as their management does not have common sense and they open the other one so that they can provide better service and do not have the clients waiting. If you plan to send money from the USA there, I do not recommend you ask too many personal questions to the person who receives it; that is not safe in my opinion especially when you have people around you, no privacy; also that we are in a world where you should distrust even the employees. My opinion have your ID with photo you are present is succinct. They also have ads for "cell phone banning" and employees are using theirs, I think they are the ones who have to implement the example, they do not look professional at all. 🤔 I do not need to call to help me; If in the future I return to use their services and I see improvement, I will change my review, and I want to clarify that I did not go 1 or 2 times, and the truth is the same impression of their service. Take it as constructive criticism and we are improving to provide better service to customers.
