The customer service desk staff is despotic. They do not receive the passport as an official identification document, despite the fact that on their official pages they mention it as an official identification document with which one can carry out their procedures. Terrible service. Rate and inform your staff more.

Terrible service during the pandemic, more than 1 hour and a half formed and training to Genaro Codina Park ... very slow and if what you are looking for is not to have as many people gathered with actions like that, you will not help much
