Too late ... badly organized branch
I think I was waiting around 2 hours for an update of my account but to be honest this time I did not bother the wait, just because I liked the guy who was attending at the entrance, apart from that he had an excellent attitude of service and kindness! 🥰
A bit slow
I made an ATM withdrawal and it didn't give me anything, it took more than 5 minutes working waiting for it to open the slit to give me my money, it never gave it to me and speaking to clarifications they tell me that nothing was reflected, but if money was withdrawn from my account. I mentioned to Ms. that there are cameras so they can see that she didn't give me anything, and also the crack didn't open. And I imagine that when making a cash deposit they should vote the money, I do not have answers or by phone because the ATM where I took it out put me on the screen to go see the manager and the branch is closed due to the pandemic, give me an answer, Because to collect there is no problem and they attend immediately.
