As it is possible that for a simple cash withdrawal they ask for the contract, nowhere do they mention this, they argue that they do not have card readers or ATMs. I spend 35 minutes at the bank and 35 minutes back, a waste of time for a simple withdrawal.

This is not a bank of the year 2020. It looks more like a rural office of Mexico from the 70s ... really disappointing.
