Holiday Inn Express Guaymas

Everything was really clean, excellent cervice. The breakfast was amazing!!!! Kind of like home cooking!! We had beans,ham and eggs,oatmeal,fruit,yogurt,coffe,juice, and they had much more to eat if you have a big appetite😋! The ladies at the breakfast area are really nice and always offering more!! I really recommend this place!

Overall great location, close to the beach, freeway, and the restaurants. Did not like that they didn't have laundrey facility or service to wash the clothes. Our purpose was a beach vacation so we had to come back with alot of wet clothes. Its nice that we needed reservations to use the pool area because of covid but struggled with the towels for the pool. The bedrooms overall were clean but if you plan to stay more than 3 nights they will not clean your room until the third night. I had reserved a room for 4 adults and 1 child (online said room had capacity for 4 adults and 3 children) but the room only had 2 queen beds, when we requested a foldable bed for the child they told us they did not use those. I did not absolutly love it here nor hate it but not sure if I would stay here again. En general, excelente ubicación, cerca de la playa, la autopista y los restaurantes. No me gustó que no tuvieran instalaciones de lavandería o servicio para lavar la ropa. Nuestro propósito era unas vacaciones en la playa, así que tuvimos que volver con mucha ropa mojada. Era bueno que necesitáramos reservas para usar el área de la piscina debido a covid pero como batallamos con las toallas para la piscina, si ya saben que para tal hora tantas personas van a entrar a la alberca no entiendo como no van a tener algo tan simple como las toallas disponible para la hora de nuestra reservacion, nos metimos a la alberca y tuvimos que entrar mojados a recepción por las toallas porque tampoco te las pueden llevar a la piscina y tampoco se pueden usar las toallas de la habitación porque no te las cambian, igual a las toallas de la piscina nunca había toallas disponibles para la ducha. Las habitaciones en general estaban limpias, pero si planea quedarse más de 3 noches, no limpiarán su habitación hasta la tercera noche. Había reservado una habitación para 4 adultos y 1 niño (en línea desia que la habitación tenía capacidad para 4 adultos y 3 niños) pero la habitación solo tenía 2 camas queen, cuando solicitamos una cama plegable para el niño nos dijeron que no las usaban. . No me encantó estar aquí ni lo odie, pero no creo volverme a quedar aquí de nuevo.

On November 6th, 2020, my wife and I drove from Phoenix, Arizona, to the Holiday Inn Express in Guaymas, Mexico, for a vacation until November 9th. Upon entering the hotel, we noticed two black plastic trays in the middle of the lobby floor. There were no explanation signs, or warning signs, and we stepped around them. The next day, returning to the hotel after a day at the beach, I tripped over one of the trays and fell.... hard., I was unable to get up off the floor and had to be assisted to a chair to recover. I was not seriously injured but I was shaken up badly and spent the rest of the evening in bed. I COULD have been seriously injured. The next day, I called the Corporate Office to alert them of this negligent injury hazard. I was given a Case Number. Nobody from the Corporate Office has called me back and it is now Tuesday, November 7th. My whole point in calling them was to alert them of this dangerous practice being done by the Holiday Inn Express in Guaymas. Instead, I get the feeling that both the Corporate Office and the facility in Guaymas wish to deny responsibility. The Corporate Office doesn't contact me and the facility claims to not speak English. I have posted images of the trays in the floor. You be the judge about whether this is safe. The next guy to fall might get seriously hurt. Disappointed in the Corporate Office and the facility in Guaymas.

Great time.. it was just one night, secure parking. Swimming pool.

I would stay here again nice rooms the only problem was they didn't have king bed to sleep with my husband. But over all it was great.
