Excellent town to go for a walk, vacation, walk or to meet. Their piloncillo and peanut wafers are typical. The jetty is also nearby to visit a part of the El Novillo dam. There are all kinds of camping activities and offroad tours. Do not forget to visit the access to the famous cave and the batteries with hot springs. In the rainy season, in the hot springs you can explore the bottom to access a place where a small waterfall is created.

In the small square in front of the Church of San Pedro de la cueva is this monument to this Father who protected the men from being shot and he was also killed
