Urgently check what happens with your Service department, they do not take calls and if they do they leave you online or they ask for your information to return your call and that never happens. Since you are lucky to schedule an appointment, the expected day arrives and it turns out that they do not have you registered, they take time to receive and you have to move your car from one place to another because heavy transport passes and they do maneuvers, it becomes a whole party the reception area. And what about the time to do a service, whether it be 30,000,000 or 90,000,000 or more, it takes a day and a half to do it, that if they work well enough, they take time because the appointments get together, they get lost, it's crazy . The complaint goes to whoever manages or is responsible for the service area, whether they select their staff well, increase their staff or train and review how they are working.
