Terrible service, almost 9 months ago they left my daughter without attention, when I called 800 (they have been like 9 calls) at first they told me that they were going to dial me, I have been waiting 5 months and nothing. Now that I call 800 they no longer answer. The treatment has already been completely liquidated and the truth is, if they do not respond, it will be best to sue, since that is why there was a contract, which they have not respected. Hopefully there are more people who want to sue too, so the authorities know they are a scam

Terrible service. They stopped attending me since February 2020 (it was my last appointment they gave me) and they have not given any solution to continue with my orthodontic treatment. I have not been treated for more than 6 months. I have dialed the numbers they gave me and they never answered; I have sent emails and there is no response; On the part of the staff, they have told me that they are going to "reschedule" me and in the end they do not confirm when, also that I schedule an "emergency appointment" through their online page and not even that option or options to cancel the service, nor does your page serve. The staff tells me -it would just wait.- I do not recommend this clinic.

Pésimo servicio!, llevo más del año sin recibir servicio y aún me siguen cobrando, la última vez fue en noviembre de 2019, y hasta la fecha no se han puesto en contacto conmigo.
