On July 16, 2015, the State Executive Commission for Victim Attention came into effect as a result of the entry into force of the Victims Law of the State of San Luis Potosí The Commission is a decentralized body of State Government, with executive autonomy, legal personality and its own assets. The obligation we have by law is to recognize and guarantee the rights of victims of crimes and human rights violations. The Commission is composed of three Commissioners or commissioners, at the proposal of the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches. It is responsible for coordinating the instruments, policies, services and actions to guarantee the realization of the state policy regarding assistance, assistance, attention and reparation for victims. Coordinates the State Registry of Victims, the State Fund for Comprehensive Assistance, Assistance and Reparation, the State Legal Advice for Victims, and the Center for Comprehensive Assistance to Victims. The Commission through the Center for Comprehensive Assistance to Victims provides guidance on the rights of persons in situations of victim, accompaniment, immediate help, assistance and attention, as well as support from the Legal Counsel.
