Terrible service, I paid online, I go with the reference number that is generated for you, and when you arrive at the offices, they do not guide you well, there is no good logistics or anything. By the way, where is all this money going? Terrible streets (I know this is from the town hall but you pay taxes that concern your car which is your heritage); pushy and third world state public safety, bad, very bad

They can't even answer a phone to give reports

Garbage of service, nor to answer a telephone they serve? 😡

Terrible service, no attention, they do not answer phones, it is a pity that these people who call themselves public servants live at the expense of our taxes, the worst!
