Lousy service and attitude of their ticket sales staff, they give their discretion to travel in the class they determine if they attend to what is requested, their manager does not solve anything How sad that an established company of many loses customers for providing lousy service in Pachuca terminal.

The staff is extremely hostile and uncompromising. My foreign travel document was rejected for no reason, I could not buy any tickets. I urge you to train your staff in this regard and to replace it if your disability persists.

ADO one of the best options to travel, I had never had problems however this weekend they did not allow me to travel, I recently lost my credential and phone, but I have my school credential and still they did not leave me despite going out if I did they did, what incongruity, while in the CDMX terminal they kindly allowed me to travel with the one at the school, those of Pachuca did not let me return, after much demand they allowed me to, I had to return to the place where I stayed to look for the ticket It would be valid that one day before I had been allowed to travel, and as if that wasn't enough, they gave me tickets to a terminal that I didn't ask for ... It took them a while to change them even though they didn't want to, and what is happening calmly, I look for the requirements to travel and it turns out that my school credential was allowed ... really? bad very bad service I hope they give little attention to their employees because if they are good the service will be too.

Pity service from its ticket sales staff, it hurts that a large company such as ADO does not supervise its staff. I speak for the woman who is in the morning shift today.
