It is unfortunate that as staff they do not know important information to share with the people who request their service. Today I had an appointment for a 4d ultrasound at 12:00, I arrived at my appointment and they told me that they could not perform it because I am 33 weeks pregnant and said study is from 28 to 32 weeks of gestation. However, I made my appointment beforehand and I commented on the weeks of gestation I had (33 weeks); Before which, they told me that there was no problem and that they could do it for me. It's a shame that our studies are canceled at the mere hour.

Terrible service from the staff that takes blood samples from my family member, they stung her arms twice, hurting her veins and not as they sent her elsewhere to have the sample taken. They should have better trained staff. Nothing recommended.

Good prices, but the staff is a long way from great customer service. Not all, but most are always kind of angry.

This place deserves the worst rating for the terrible service received, they indicated that there was only one person before us to be served, that was at 11:15 AM. At least 10 people passed before, we were attended until 1:30 p.m. More than 2 hours later. When I asked the receptionist, they all told us the same thing. The next one to pass is you. Obviously it was a lie. The facilities very very dirty. The floor, the bathrooms absolutely no one cleaning all day. Before it was excellent service. But it has been in decline for years. There are already better places with better service and cleanliness. A real shame that even with all this they always have people.

Terrible service... From the people who attend the reception to those who carry out the studies, they make you wait hours knowing that there are covid-positive people waiting for a plate ... Scary let's look for more options to carry out studies, zero security measures are the worst.
