Good attention, good accessory and excellent coaching ... and a very chingon atmosphere

It is a gym where the attention from the trainers is good and there is also a lot of equipment to train the whole body, there are machines and free weight. You can do your own routine and train on your own although I can say that there is very little material to do cardio and it is merely to gain muscle mass.

Good place, excellent atmosphere, and trained staff.
