Leaving the laboratory very annoying because it is the second time that I call to request a cotozacion and they give me a price and when they arrive they charge me practically the double. Yesterday I called to ask for a quote and as it had happened once I had even 2 of the branches and they gave me exactly the same cost and today I arrive and it is practically double. I was able to decide not to do the analyzes but the patient, 85 years old, I can not walk around because of a lack of seriousness on the part of the Laboratory. They did not indicate to me that they were discounting with INAPAM. Really very annoying because of years I was a client of this Laboratory but until today. The prices at both branches Uristi and Hospital de la salud were given to me in the afternoon shift. Do not be surprised

I just left the Laboratory very upset because they gave me a phone price and when they arrive they charge me almost double and this is the second time that happens to me, so I spoke to the sures of uresti and hospital so that it would not happen again and in both gave me the same price I had the opportunity not to perform the tests but the patient of 85 years I can not bring her walking or I was informed of discount with the inapam card. Disappointed by this situation I have been a client for years but after these 2 experiences I retire. The quotes were given to me on the afternoon shift. Actually very disappointed.
