I have had the pleasure to travel alot and I recently stayed at the Sayan Beach Casa Condos with a group if friends and I have to share that our concierge host Juan Pablo Medina was undeniably the best!!! He helped me and my friends with our every need from last minute massages to getting a ring sized to finding the stores we needed for all requests and was always happy to do it! Wow!!! I want to take him everywhere I go!! He deserves a promotion. No other has compared to his level of service and professionalism. 5 STARS!!!!

We purchased a condominium in PV in 2007. Friends referred us to PVRPV to help us 1) management the property for us since we live in Houston, Texas in the USA, and 2) market and handle the vacation leasing of the unit for us. Due to a change in personal circumstances, we were forced to sell the condominium in 2020. We cannot speak highly enough of PVRPV on both fronts throughout the time we owned and leased this unit. They were spectacular in every sense of the word! Their teams are extremely professional and very easy to work with. As far as the management of the unit goes, from the beginning, a member of their staff went with us to set up our bank account. They opened all our utility accounts for us. They provided weekly maid service as well as weekly management inspection of the unit. When a hurricane was approaching, they removed all our balcony furniture and plants (no easy feat) and they replaced them. When we were selling the condominium, their staff worked closely with our local realtor and went above and beyond to provide the Notary with all the documents we needed from local utilities in order to close during the COV-19 pandemic (again no easy feat). When it comes to handling the rental of the unit, they did another spectacular job. They handled all details from marketing to meeting the renters the day of check-in and out. They provided an excellent accounting. We very extremely pleased with the results. Even when it was occupied by our friends (no rental commissions), their staff still met them on their arrival to help them get settled. They always went above and beyond. We went on the evening taco stand tour. Excellent experience. Amanda was our guide. Because of this tour we have a better understanding of the culture. You could tell she loves her city and the people. The food at each stand and restaurant we visited was fantastic and days later went back on our own. Now that I have a greater understanding of the history and culture of the taco and food stands in Puerto Vallarta I now know they are the places to eat!

I have worked with this company for many years. In my opinion, they are the best property management and vacation rental company in Puerto Vallarta. The staff is really incredible and go out of their way to make sure everything is done correctly. When mistakes do occur, they fix them immediately. I love that they have concierge services and I use it all the time, the manager, Angel is amazing. I've also noticed that they invest heavily in new technologies, I toured their new offices last July and was really impressed with their operations. I also really appreciate that the owner Tim devotes so much of his personal time to community projects. I can't recommend them enough.

PVRPV is an excellent way to book a rental property in Puerto Vallarta. The online booking process to the checkout was smooth. I will definitely use PVRPV again in the future. The PVRPV staff Jonathan and Angel were also extremely helpful in the check-in and booking a day trip. Highly recommended.
