A complete ripoff! We came in to ask a few questions and get pricing to handle immigration issues. After 15 minutes we decided to go ahead and try to get residence status. That's when they said "you owe us $100 USD". I thought this was totally unreasonable and a scam but I wasn't going to fight the issue. We only carry pesos so we asked how much in pesos and they said, "oh, well then you get a discount" and then said "you owe us $2,300 pesos". The current exchange rate was $1,844 so, without "the discount" it should have been $1,844. We argued but they said we owe, we owe. So we paid the extortion money and left. Please be advised: they are not there to help you, they are there to take your money".

We just take their service for buying a property in Puerto Vallarta and be very happy with the help that they provide us. We are still using they service to get our RFC card . We had and still have a lot of questions and they answered quickly . It sure that those services have a price and it’s a bit expensive but worth the money to be sure we do thing well and have peace of mind . Thanks Mexlaw !
