Stopped by office and got info on two units I wanted to see. Agent set up appointment to meet me at 11 a.m at the complex units were in. I was there waiting in hot sun for 25 minutes...no agent nor did I get a call or any explanation of why he was late or not coming. Guess I will find another agent with different brokerage.

Purchasing a property in a foreign country is both exciting and scary all at once. You are doing a real estate transaction in a foreign language, in a different culture and you cannot always be there for the whole process.
