Marino Los Arcos National Park

My wife and I went there years ago. We talked to a guy that took us out snorkeling in his small boat. We had a great time and will always remember that day. Not sure if I would do that now. A very beautiful area. Great food and tequila.

Nice enough place but do not bother to snorkel here. The water is quite dark and murky. Only reason one could get to see fish are that the boatmen throw pieces of bread into the water to attract them. The rocks have sea urchins on them apparently, better not get too close. Also the current is strong so only for strong swimmers, if at all.

Great Experience and a Low Price!! Highly recommend it. Perfect to go with a Group of Friends and drink beer on the way there & back.

This location is a beautiful location for scuba diving with clear visibility, plenty of fish and marine life to see and explore. The bottom is rocky and sandy and plenty to see at 35 feet and down to 60 feet and deeper as it drops off quite quickly. The water temperature was in the range of about 80-83 degrees F or 26-28 degrees C with an air temperature of 30 degrees C. in October. The are quite a few scuba diving boats on location throughout any given day.

Awesome place for snorkel and look at the various species of colorful fish, if you have a chance to go, make sure you do not get into the water with sun block, these affect the coral reef
