The place is one of the most amazing coffee buildings I've ever seen. Besides of a story of Talpa Jalisco's coffee production process, it's an architectural gem with some kind of Dali's style. Balbino coffee is delicious and the town has some other great things to discover.

Beautiful architecture design by Anahí González, granddaughter of Don Balbino. You take a tour of the production and benefit of coffee that includes the tasting of the Talpa de Allende coffee. Attended by Don Balbino himself.
