Personnel are nice enough. Their price to me was super expensive. I only wish the quality was as high. I am a retired contractor from the states and this product is the worst I have ever used. It kept clogging the Syphon Filter of my professional sprayer because it was old inventory. I needed more and they told me the next bucket would be fresh. Not much better and very poor coverage. It took three heavy coats to see full coverage. There's a better paint for half the price out there
