Santuario De Padre Jesus De Jalacingo

It is a very beautiful church both on the facade and inside, here our Father Jesus is venerated, it is very visited by pilgrims at fair times, it is well preserved, without a doubt a place with a lot of history that is worth visiting.

Sanctuary of Padre Jesus de Jalacingo, one of the most visited in the state of Veracruz. The story begins in 1545, when Fray Francisco de Toral left the Franciscan convent of Tepeaca, crossing mountains and indigenous villages, to reach Xalacingo in his evangelizing work. A short time later he had to leave the place, and since Friar Toral was a devotee of the Lord of the Three Falls, he inherited devotion from the population, becoming an important pilgrimage site in Mexico.
