There was no hot water the majority of our stay and when we would tell them they would turn it on but then you needed to wait for it to heat. There was also no coffee in the room or in the lobby. I would stay somewhere else if ever in the area again.

Good place to stay, near the Chimulco spa, but with heat you need a better fan or air conditioning system
