This was my first time in the Guadalajara area but I always heard great things about this place. Nobody did it any justice! The place is INCREDIBLE! They have the best lamb and chorizo I've ever had! I'd seriously eat their chorizo over most steak houses prime steaks! The flavor and texture are unparalleled! The drinks in the big clay pots were incredible! I will go back to Guadalajara just to go here! If I'm within 5 hours of here, I'm coming! I don't care how many tolls I have to pay to get there! Lol!

I had the pastor lamb and the Cazuela, it was the best lamb that I've eaten in my whole life.
