Helpful front counter workers but slow processing. They can promise an email in a week but have you waiting for 5. The building is clean and plenty of seating is available. A downside is their lack of foreign language interpreters/translators. If you only speak something other than Spanish, they tell you to come back with a translator.

Counters are super quick nowadays. You will spend less time for your work. There are shops near to the office for any kind of immigration photographes you need. Finding a parking will be a challenge. You can find one three blocks across the Main Street of office. But prefer Uber instead.

Got my PR processed here very quickly, under 2 weeks. Staff seems professional and helpful enough if you can communicate in Spanish.

The number that is listed is wrong , and Lim trying to find oit what the day by day fee is for expired Visa? Can some one please help me and respond!
