This is a very high quality theater with fair prices for tickets and concessions. The managers I have spoken with can speak English and are not afraid to act on guests that are being disruptive.

The cinema is disgusting, many employees are incompetent and rude, the schedules and the information they give me never match the website or the billboard they have on the screens. I don't know why they have a 4DX room if they hardly ever open it, I can never see the movies I want because they only happen once and on weekends, which is when it's filthy full. The cinemextremo room is the only one that is more or less worthwhile, all the others have super hard and uncomfortable seats, and from most of them the screen looks crooked. I definitely prefer cinepolis, better cinemas are needed in León.

It has magnificent facilities. The attention is good. I particularly like when I go to the first functions, because usually there are few people. Good experience
