I come here once every two months. I always come between 7-9AM. Any time after 10AM is 1hr + wait, depending on what you need. Get your car permit online to avoid wait times. Staff is nice if you speak Spanish. Very dirty and parking lot often gets very congested and hard to get out of.

The place looks sketchy but its alright. I also recommend you arrive here around the morning.

Don't go here before dawn, people are being robbed by lowlifes with fake police lights. The police is in bed with them as well. I heard several people in line tell me about how they were extorted and threatened . When the people at banjercito were told about what was going on, they're responded indifferently: " what do you want me to do about it". It's no wonder Trump wants to close the border, and I'm all for it.

Other than staff being a bit condescending the process has come a long way. I commend everyone for making this better for all

Worst people working at Banjercito. They are rude and ignorant, try to put whatever excuse to not to authorize your permit in spite of meeting the online requirements and showing them proof from the current laws in Mexico and US documentation. Unable to learn and acknowledge their mistakes, showing them the official information only makes them angry and upset. Unfortunately they feel almighty and powerful and abuse their authority by making users wait and pay bribes. People like these is what keeps Mexico from growing and improving!
