I am a client for several years in Torreón and for many now in Monterrey, I have been fortunate to have no bad experiences until today. But in this pandemic, some banks try to soften situations if it is close to closing 20 min before giving numbers to people who have already been waiting a long time and attend to the last person who has their ticket. We all must cooperate. Also we as clients have to relax we cannot take limited time there is little staff and we are many. Greetings from Mty.😇.
