If there were zero stars it would surely be the option chosen. Terrible attention; 3 hours for a debit card cancellation process. Cashiers completely dependent on manager information (zero trained and empowered to make simple decisions). The attitude of the official responsible for removing my card, mocking and arrogant, unfortunately her name was not visible and because of the rush she had to get out and having nothing to do with that bank, I forgot to ask. If you are about to open an account please DON'T DO IT !!!! It is the worst bank in Mexico and if you have to be forced by your payroll, do not hesitate to transfer it to any other bank.

What a bad strategy before COVID-19 ,, some branches are closed and the customers we gather in the ones that are open, it is supposed to be the opposite; I have not been able to claim a double payment that they made me, the branch is always with long lines and I do not have the necessary time because I have to work, the branch of the Paseo de la Rosita is open on the Internet and when it arrives it is closed
