About a month ago I went to pawn to Prestaprenda, they gave me a document to go to the cash register, only one other person and I were in the line, the girl from Prestaprenda who said that she would form me in the quick attention line because I very barely I can walk, it was my turn, and the cashier told me to wait for her to call me (there was no one else). That with the cashier, I asked for a statement of my Afore, the person who was at the desk, very bad attention ... she did not want to give it to me because she was not from Afore, that the person from Afore was not there. Reluctantly he gave it to me. Two weeks ago my son went to collect his scholarship, because there were a lot of people, he did not want to pass the QR and the cashier told my son not to stop the line. Instead of assisting you and telling you how. Well, my son left the line all ashamed. I was angry, because it was the same cashier who attended me weeks before. I wanted to report her to the manager, she turns out to be a woman who is also badly faced, who did not think that they treated us badly. One is not to blame for their problems, that the QR does not work. They have work and they don't take care of it. That they leave the job to whoever wants to work. And that they train them !! It is a banking institution. What's wrong with them !! 😒😠😤

The Banco Azteca offices do not attend. I had to go to the ones located in the center of the city, they did attend to me very well, but you respectfully see the client waiting for their turn and they do not pay attention. Appalling!!!!!
