We had to use this hotel as an emergency and they had same day rooms. I wish it smelled better but el Sauzal always smells bad. So keep your windows closed.

great spot and pricing, I will however state be careful getting in the shower. floors are wet and the step down into the shower led me to slipping and fracturing my tailbone.

The individual who answered the phone today was ignorant, disrespectful and oblivious of his knowledge regarding this locations amenities. This invidual has totally made up my mind NOT to stay here.

It was nice. So cute. Easy bus access. However, walls are kinda thin you hear people outside, slight tv next door. Showers turning on/off. Shower was GREAT. Bad thing there aren't any places to eat within walking distance.
