Dirty room we had to clean. Toilet broke down at 06:00 in the morning. Waited for over 2 hours to get fixed and had to leave for business appointment without use of the bathroom. Returned to take a shower and there was no hot water. Had to take a cold shower in the middle of winter. Dirty rooms in the age of COVID-19 is inexcusable had to use Clorox wipes and Lysol to clean and disinfect the room. Not what you expect during a pandemic.

The restaurant is understaffed. The manager was seeing us asking for things but he did nothing to improve the device experience. The food is really bad. We tried different part of the menu and none of them was tasty. I would no recommend going here unless you really want to waste your money. I ask for a cocktail and they don't even know how to prepare it when it arrives it takes as sparkling water. Really this place was awful. The problem is not the staff is in general they don't care about what the food taste or the drinks. We are never coming back.

The beds were clearly unwashed, found long hairs in every layer of the sheets and also a dried contact laying right on top of the bed. Looked clean at first glance but the room was clearly just cosmetically put back together after another person had stayed in it. Staff at the restaurant was friendly but not so much for the hotel. Not to mention it cost way more than a typical room would in the US. Had a decent view of the ocean but the street was very noisy throughout the night, would never reconsider staying here.

For the price there are many other options, Anywhere. Rooms look nice. My reason for 2 star. Is the service, the staff crew were oblivious to us. I'm not the type that asking for attention. My wife took 15 mins standing in front of the help desk just to ask for cab. When no one was at counter. Not so much the effort again just not all there. The other reason is the continental breakfast. There is a catch. But its shouldn't have taken 45 mins for breakfast. There were others having breakfast. Coming after us. We asked and asked. It took long enough we got up and went to the pool. Well be checking out early, and trying another hotel. Only 1 individual stood out, we've stayed in TJ and its service is superior.
