CLOSED TO PUBLIC ON MONDAYS- we drove all the way across town, took an hour to pick up some of their amazing tortillas and we're told they are not open to the public on Mondays. So, if you can go another day. Sadly we had to fly out Tuesday and couldn't return. We did however, taste them at Fonda Mayora in Condesa.

We booked a course, but when we arrived, after travelling hour and a half from the south of the city, there was no one there. We text the owner and he didn’t reply, but shortly after we were informed by his partner that they were unable to run the course that day and forgot to inform us, despite confirming the night before. We were very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and respect shown, and the owner has yet to reach out to us directly to apologise.

Hello good afternoon. Big disappointment, tortillas taken out of the fridge, frozen dough. A very, very, very big DISAPPOINTMENT. Don't believe everything they say

Tortillas made with natural corn. Without flour. Unmatched. The best are the blue tortillas. The chips and tostadas are very tasty. It's like eating tortillas in a small town. They are more expensive but it is worth paying the premium.
