Terrible experience. I am in the process of getting two dental veneers. The first date all good. For the second appointment there were many people coming and going from the office during my entire consultation, very uncomfortable. They were fixing the speakers, this could be done at a time where there would not be a patient with his mouth open during consultation. The third appointment was rescheduled THREE times, canceling it with only an hour and a half in advance in all of them. They told me that the lab did not send the veneers on Saturday. But my date was Thursday. Didn't they have a chance to reschedule me all week until an hour and a half earlier? Yesterday afternoon, two weeks later, I was already in the chair and they comment that the veneers are not uniform in color. They ask me if I can come in this morning to have the lab technician see the inconsistency and in 20 minutes fix this problem. Today I arrive, they remove the provisional prosthesis, they put the veneer on me, they take a photo of me, I feel that something is stuck on my teeth (which turns out to be the provisional prosthesis that I already had, when I believed, because of what they had told me in the previous consultation, which were already the veneers) and they pass me to the office where they schedule the next appointments. They ask me if I can go again for the third time tomorrow, now if they put the veneers on me. When I asked what happens, if that is supposed to stay today they tell me that the laboratory is closed today. That means that since I arrived, they attended to me, all that time they knew that the job was not going to be left today, and they waited to explain to me until the end of the appointment until after I asked. In the entire appointment they never told me that today I was not going to meet. In summary, there are already five attempts of this third date. And I'm not paying 1 peso for these veneers ...

Friendly staff and a very professional doctor. It has good equipment and technology. Fair prices and nice space. Highly recommended.
