Fantastic dentist. I trust him completely. Dr. Ortiz has never caused me any pain. He makes me feel like I’m a patient that gets extra care. Dr. Ortiz makes me feel special and he is so caring. The entire staff come by and say hello and give me a hug. Dr. Ortiz speaks clear English and understand English perfectly. The wonderful receptionist, Danny, speaks English and greets each person with a warm welcome and smile.
Wonderful place for everyone, but it is the best place for anyone who has been hurt by previous dentists. I actually look forward to my appointments!
( I have very few dental issues. As I’m getting older, age 62, I have had one root canal and two crowns.
So have not had a a lot of experience and was frightened to go to a dentist.
