Lousy service, a flower arrangement was paid on May 6, so that my mother will be delivered on May 10 at 9:00 am, and I had to dial at 3:00 pm because they had not been sent, it was spoiled the surprise for my mom (I'm in another city), because I asked her if something had come to her and then she said no. Besides, they didn't even give me an explanation or apologies, they hung up the phone. I suppose they have to have a lot of work that day, but so they promise to deliver within an hour. Very annoying

The staff is very friendly, the arrangements are beautiful and I have no complaints about home delivery.
