Hello! They had always seemed good quality cakes to me, however a few weeks ago we commissioned a cake with a picture of a photo that they had to print. The print was very poor quality, the cake had no filling and was missing the sprinkles (which we specifically ordered). When we called to express our disagreement, they offered us a gelatin that had nothing to do with the cake, neither in price nor in the qualities of the product, so we asked to change it. In the end they offered us a tiny flan to "compensate" us, we considered it very bad service. It is a shame that a bakery with such delicious cakes does not have the tact to serve its customers well. On the other hand, the people who serve the North Division branch are very rude to customers, I strongly suggest improving customer service and delivering the products that their advertising displays.

Hello, such Aranzazu pastry shop is a very nice place and the cakes are very rich, I highly recommend apart from the fact that it also has all the sanitary measures and also has surveillance from 8 AM to 9 PM this place is always safe and also has a small parking lot Aranzazu always at the service of all the people and preferred customers Aranzazu

I was going with all the intention of buying a cake but it was not possible because the lady was not authorized to make the quote and the person in charge had already left. As a recommendation, they should train all staff to provide an integral service and not lose customers.

The cake is too small it is a little bigger than a pastry plate and smaller than a soup plate and it is for 10 people they say ... I do not recommend ordering it if you have visitors and expect something better apart from it is very expensive for the size it is ..
