StrongSuit is a place where for less condition you have, they do not make fun of you but give you courage to get the last reps. Not to mention the scrubs you give yourself with the WODs, but you feel like a father later.

Excellent place to practice Crossfit, well prepared trainers and good equipment. The atmosphere is competitive but above all friendly. The spaces are limited, especially in the afternoon 6-8 but during the day there are almost always places available.
