Overworked, understaffed....

They do not give you information about your patients, nor do they receive phone calls. The next day we arrived at 8:00 in the morning and a fool answered us very despot and told us that until after 11:00 we could know how our patient was. That is very sad and very frustrating. We were without sleep and waiting for 8 to find out something and they send us to hell with a horrible attitude. Much lack of humanism of the reception people. Sadness and anger !! They should train people who have contact with families to be more human.

The hospital has very BAD service. Nobody knows anything, nobody knows how to tell you information about anything, not even about hospitalized patients. The nurses use the same gloves to draw blood with all the patients (it is ANTI-HYGIENIC). The company of guards that hired the hospital for the main entrance is ignorant, (Jaime Palomares) MAL EDUCATED, who does not know how to treat people. He is believed to be the royal guard, being a simple hospital guard. He treats all people without any respect and no compassion for people who go to the hospital, he talks very rudely to them and without any attention.

I was for 7 days for coronavirus and they treated me very, very well thank you and nurses for the good treatment they gave me
