As a potential buyer, I recently traveled to San Felipe to look at properties in the area. Giovanni of Abatti Real Estate is extremely knowledgeable of that market. Giovanni was helpful in explaining the aspects of buying property in Mexico as a non-Mexican citizen His professional expertise is only outweighed by his friendliness. We had the pleasure of Giovanni Abatti as our realtor when we purchased a vacation home in the La Hacienda subdivision near San Felipe. Giovanni was so helpful to us as we reside in Oregon. He was always available to answer all of our questions and kept us updated. Giovanni saw to the inspections as well as contacting contractors for us.
