It turns out that on December 20 I asked for an appointment to make a contour in my hair for the 24th of that month, they assigned me my shift at 10 am, the day before my husband wrote to Pepe to see if he could cut the hair in a space of my appointment and he did not refuse, he took care of it, he ended up with him between me and it comes to me that he could no longer do my work for me that his supposed appointment of 11 o'clock had already arrived then because he agreed to cut his hair to my husband if I didn't have time ???? If I wanted to go back to the 1st, I didn't even know what to say about lack of professionalism as my appointment takes away from me, apart from talking on the cell phone for a while before attending to my husband, they are not professionals! I will not return there.

Pepe's treatment and cut very well but he offered me the best treatment for my expensive hair and I did not see how it improved. I felt that the steam did not work I think it was not the best. I read the cut super good.
