I am a 54 year old expat living in Ensenada for a few years now. Recently I put on twenty pounds and I am experiencing pain from my slouching shoulders, lower back pain and heightened mobility issues. Trusting someone new to work on my spine outside of the US is perplexing. On one evening stroll through the center of town while compensating my posture in an attempt to alleviate back pains, I happened upon a store front sign, "Spinal Alignment." The door was open and I was greeted by a pretty young, friendly lady named Adrianna who called upon the Chiropractor by my request. It was approaching 8pm, I had lost track of time for pain. A few minutes later Clara, equally polite, enters and immediately I know I am in the right place and realize I am in the company of a legitimate Chiropractor. Her treatment protocal always props my spine right back into an upright posture and my pain subsides. Long term improvement is evidenced by the widening gap between appointments. If you enjoy discovering the plethora of hidden gems Ensenada is abundant of, you will likely equate CoCo's Spa as another to treasure.
