Excellent place to train, the design of the place is super nice, all clean and new, excellent routines, very trained staff and always encouraging you to continue, if you have any injuries or problems, the instructor adapts the exercise to not cause any damage. They are boring high intensity and zero routines, I was one of those who hated going to the gym, I really enjoy it here!
