InterContinental Presidente Cancun Resort

If anyone out there is trying to find deals for hotels visit ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ booked a resort on there and these guys had the absolute best rates just about anywhere! This resort is on point for those who seek beach life escape! It's linked to the beach directly from your rooms. The beach view is also amazing. This place is a little far from the crowded streets, but you van totally walk there, otherwise you can take the red buses, which only cost .80 cents (usd) per trip.

HOUSEKEEPING STOLE $200 FROM MY ROOM! This has been the worst experience I’ve ever experienced from a hotel and I never expected this from such a high end hotel because I would think they would hire loyal and honest employees. The day of when this happened, the house keeper knocked and then enter the room while we were inside, we told him to come back tomorrow that we didn’t need the room to be cleaned today. We went to the pool and came back to the room and the beds were made which means that he still came to clean the room even though we had told him that we didn’t need the rooms to be clean until tomorrow. When I checked my passport which is where I left my money inside, of $200 and then change of $1s, $5 and a $10 bill. The $200 were missing which mean he left the change of $1s, $5 and $10 but took $200usd. Housekeeping were the only ones that enter my room and left even though I had told him not to come today! No one else entered therefore my money was stolen by housekeeping. The hotel did absolutely nothing about this complaint, according to them, they asked the employee that entered the room but he obviously lied and said he never stole any money from the room. So in other words, its basically his words over the customer which is why I’m very disappointed and I will be reaching out to the IHG headquarters complaints department about this issue.

Good for families, rooms are a little small (water used in toilets and shower has a strange smell) the beach is nice and peaceful. You have several pools for the kids. Drinks at the bar are standard size (prefer a little bigger). The lobby area is nice. At the moment they are mainting the entire hotel so they might be a little hassle here and there. Overall a positive experience

Beautiful grounds. Super friendly helpful staff! Very quiet relaxing part of Cancun!
