Real Inn Cancún

Pros: This hotel sits on beautiful property overlooking the bay. The rooms are nice with clean showers and AC that works well. The staff is also friendly. Cons: the blankets on the bed are too thin. I have seen this on other reviews here before I arrived and it’s a problem. I would have slept much better. We spent 2 nights here on the second night somebody stayed up hollering all night until 7am. Did not sleep. Security needs to make rounds making sure people are respecting the other guests late at night. I’m sure the whole hotel was bothered by this noise. Also if someone was checking on the guests sitting by the pool this place would sell a lot more drinks/food and the waiters would make more tips. you have to get up and walk inside to the bar if you want a drink. It’s not a problem for me but I’m just saying it would be a easy way for the staff here to make more money and provide a better experience for guests at the same time. Shout out to Elizabeth and Kevin on breakfast in the morning for great service.

We had a delicious lunch at the resort while waiting for our scuba session in the front lobby area. The food was great, the seating area was clean and our waiter, Jorge, was very efficient and friendly. I would recommend having breakfast or lunch here if you are in the neighborhood.

Have a booking for this hotel. Was only provided a coupon instead of a refund through hotels.com. Looking to rebook for 2022, but why does the price go from under $100, but starting in May 2021 the price goes up to over $1000 a night. Explain please?!? Trying to successfully book my dates, that price spike is outrageous!

Clerk and the staff who greet you are so welcoming. Super clean . However we had a do not disturb sign . Don’t think they will respect that while we went out they went in . It’s not that it’s a big deal to most but for me it was I felt like my privacy was invaded . The only thing I asked housekeeping was for a shampoo which they said they would give me in a few min yet failed to do so. They seemed bothered by my request actually. Besides them going in your room without your consent it’s a very clean space .

Great service very clean the pool is very big, nice view of the lagoon nichupte. The breakfast buffet was very good. Friendly staff. Highly recommended 👌.
