The WORST aplace to stay in TULUM!! WORST customer service from a lady called Valeria, the property just wants to still your money. We had a reservation and ended up not staying here, we booked via Expedia and they denied our refund followed by being treat like a dog. Our reservation included an apartment with 3 rooms each with a queen size bed and we found out (same day at checking time 2:50pm) that the reservation was for 2 people and any additional person $50 per night!!!! We complained about it called Expedia never responded the phone and the hotel front desk were so rude and disrespectful. Won’t recommend ever this place, plus super far away from the beach and dirty

Stay here! Modern gorgeous space, wifi is amazing if you need to work remotely, no issues for many video meetings. Security 24/7, free parking, Bikes were included in my Airbnb. Everything in town is bikeable. We rented a car and would recommend if you plan on going to the beach/cenotes (which you should). So many great cheap restos in town. Better than the beach! You MUST go to Canova a block away, best Italian like being in Italy (went 3 times).

If you're looking for somewhere secluded but still want all the amenities this is the place! It's off the main tourist area but is still close to everything you need. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had an issue with booking due to AirBnb but they were able to find a solution. There is a great Thai food restaurant on site if you don't have to venture out for great food.

We arrive on a Sunday and met with a woman. We booked a 3 bedroom penthouse for 7 days and upon arrival (after sending multiple emails and attempting to call) were told that only 2 people are included in the 3 bedroom penthouse price. We had a friend that would be arriving and staying in the 3rd room and we were charged $35 per day for her and not given a spare key. The penthouse was cleaned one time in our 7 day stay and we were told trash would be taken out daily. That was a lie. We had friends staying in a resort nearby who came over daily to eat, pre-drink, etc. On the second to last night, they were turned away. The front desk said no visitors after 10pm . I contacted the number I was given via whats app who tells me no visitors passed 7pm. I have never experienced this in my adult life. There is one restaurant on the resort with a sign that shows Breakfast 8a-12pm and lunch at 12:30pm. That was a lie. It does not serve breakfast and opens at 1pm. I also got food poising after dinning there on our first day. The resort itself is pretty, but the lack or amenities, communication, the restrictions...I would not recommend it and will not be staying here again. However, our friends stayed at another Los Amigos location which was absolutely stunning and the staff recommended beaches nearby. Our resort did no such thing and were not helpful. I feel with new staff or possibly new management, this place has so much potential.

Love this place. Have stayed several times and will return again. Ate a the Thai restaurant today, fabulous!
