By the 3rd day you will figure out how to get to the beach with no signs, where on the beach is the least rocky path to get into the water, how early you need to make a reservation to hibachi restaurant, how to use their app, how not to get yourself into "free" presentation and how early to schedule your shuttle back to the airport. If you will get to those things quickly, it's going to be very enjoyable time. Photographer Angelica was really good. Nightly entertainment program will keep you occupied and those dancers work really hard. The whole stuff is very nice and willing to help. Overall, I got a good value for my money

Very nice rooms, though the toilet and shower have mirrors for walls, which force you to see your reflection while you poo/shower. The food isn't the best quality and it seems like they water down the alcohol in drinks. Very nice beaches and pool and we loved that there were very few people at the resort so it wasn't crowded anywhere.

DO NOT GO TO THIS RESORT. We switched to this resort less than a week before traveling because the other resort we booked consolidated services due to low capacity and could not provide us with the beach front we wanted. We booked beach front at the Grand Palladium and upon arrival were informed the beach front rooms we booked were not available. They HAD to know this when we booked. We were told there was nothing available like we wanted but when our travel agent called Edgar told them we could move if we paid $300 more. Not an hour prior he told us they were full. There is very limited food service and only a couple of restaurants open at a time. With such limited choices it is impossible to maintain our diet and eat healthy. This is our third trip to this resort and it will definitely be the last. I understand covid has changed things but it should be made clear what to expect. Our complimentary covid test to leave the country will cost us $35 each unless we sign up for their rewards program. How is that complimentary? It is only the first day here and I could go on and on about how bad this trip already is.

I give it between 4-5 stars. I stayed here for two nights only. Pros: huge resort, aesthetically pleasing, I love how there’s an option between a pool and beach. Staff are friendly. I like the shuttle between the lobbies and the villas. I like the rooms, they were cute and clean. Cons: the food could be better, buffet style unless you make reservations at the restaurants available inside the resort. Fun fact, I keep getting lost in the resort haha they say to download their app but I didn’t find the app much helpful. If the AC stops working, check to make sure all doors are closed properly. They have a sensor which helps save energy.
